How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery is FREE for all purchases over a total amount of R3000 incl VAT to anywhere in South Africa. For a spending less than R3000, a delivery fee of R238 applies.

Once I place an order, What happens?

If you pay via manual EFT, you will receive an email stating your order is on "hold" until the EFT clears.Once your funds have cleared, you will be notified that your order is "Processing".

If you pay via a Netcash secure gateway, you will receive an email that your order is processing.

You will receive a final email with a formal invoice that your order is completed. You will also receive a message that your order is on its way to be delivered.

Are there Service Centers available where I can take in my product if it is Faulty?

Yes, each brand has a dedicated walk-in service center. 

How safe is your website for me to make payments on?

We have our SSL Certificate clearance, and also makes use of Netcash as our trusted partner to process secure transactions. Netcash is a highly secure and trusted payment portal used by many other leading online stores. In order to be a Netcash partner, we had to submit personal details, company registration documents and our bank confirmation letters before being approved as a trusted online business. We do not store any of your card details on our website (or anywhere else). You also have the option of doing a direct EFT as opposed to entering any of your card details. 

Tech Monstore might not have a physical office or store to walk into, however we make all our contact details available as well as providing clear evidence of verified online presence on several networks.

What is your delivery Policy?

Tech Monstore will only use a reputable national courier partner for deliveries. We only deliver products to a physical address searchable on google maps, and not to a PO Bos/Postnet. Please note that we will always work very closely with our suppliers and courier companies to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. 

It is important to make sure that the delivery information you provide is accurate, and preferably your home or office, where an authorized person can sign for your parcels in your absence.

Delivery can take between 2 to 5 days once your payment clears unless otherwise stated. Tech Monstore will not ship any products outside South African borders.

Do you have other products that are not available on your website?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a very broad range of electronics in the ITC industry. We have thousands of products that are not necessarily on our website. If you can not find what you need on our website. Send us a Whatsapp or an email with what you would like to purchase, and we can send you a pricelist on what we have available.
